STUDENT CATALYSTS

Students in grade 11-12 are invited to apply for the Student Catalyst Team. Student Catalysts are part of the Echo leadership team, serving alongside staff and adult volunteers to help give leadership to their ministry.

Catalysts help in the planning and development of service and events.  They help lead journey groups for 7-9 grade students as well as their peer groups (10-12th grades).  Catalysts give time each week to volunteer in the Emerging Generation offices, help implement the Wednesday night echo service, and meet once monthly with their staff mentors.

Catalysts kick off each school year with a several-day leadership orientation trip that is mandatory.  During the winter and spring we accept applications to be on the catalysts team, so if you are interested pick up an application!!
